Our Well-being sessions are held 1.00pm–3.00pm on Tuesdays.

The Well-being group takes a holistic approach for people to improve and learn to manage their well-being: physically, mentally and spiritually.

This group provides opportunities to:

  • Take part in a creative activity
  • Join in a walk in the local area
  • Prepare and cook healthy meals and snacks
  • Put together a budgeted healthy eating plan to follow at home
  • When in season, use produce from Heads Up’s own garden and recognise the link between food and positive mental health and well-being
