The Drawing Learning Journey Starter Course will be enjoyable, friendly and help students further their learning.
Participants will:
- Learn basic drawing techniques such as line, shading, proportion, and texture
- Use a variety of materials (e.g. pencil, charcoal, pen) to complete simple studies
- Build confidence in creative experimentation and self-expression
- Participate in group discussions and reflect on their own progress
- Identify the personal well-being benefits of drawing and creative activity
- Recognise possible next steps, including progression to a Developer course or other creative learning opportunities
Our courses are FREE to Somerset residents who can evidence that their annual income is below £25k or in receipt of benefits. This is important to note as we are targeting people who may face challenges financially or with health and well-being. For learners who are not eligible for free courses, there will be a charge of £142.00
