Michelle has a BSc (Hons) degree in Business & IT and has a diverse wealth of knowledge & experience which she has accumulated over the last 35 years. Michelle has worked within a variety of organisations and across all sectors, including running her own business; but has spent the last 12 years being passionate about making a difference working in the charity sector. Michelle’s responsibilities within Heads Up is to work closely with and support the Service Director, by overseeing and having the day to day responsibility for operational activities and business support requirements.
