Bridget has worked in the mental health field for over 30 years, both in the statutory and voluntary sectors. She is the driving force behind Heads Up and has enabled it to grow into a sustainable and dynamic service. Bridget has City and Guilds Level 3 in Community Mental Health, NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care and Level 2 in both Leadership & Management and Dementia Awareness. Bridget brings commitment, passion and a wealth of experience to her role as Service Director. She is the recipient of several awards and is known within the field for her outstandingly creative approaches to improving the lives of those living with mental illness.
